Returns

In accordance with the European Directive on Consumer Rights, customers have 14 days from the date of order to return an item. Prior to returning goods, customers must send us an email at sales@sauceofcourse.com advising why you wish to return the goods.
This will enable Sauce of Course to, at minimum, attempt to resolve any issue, thus saving the customer any unnecessary costs.
Should it prove necessary to return goods, customers will be responsible for the cost of any return postage and the goods must be returned unopened, complete and with all seals intact.
Refunds for returned goods will not include the cost of initially shipping the order.

Unwanted Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us via email, the website, Facebook or phone.

- Order number

- Name

- Address

- Reason for return (faulty, change of mind, etc.)
